Who we areWHO WE ARE
Since its establishment in December 2015, Tsubaki Trading Co., Ltd. has served as a specialist trading company in the medical and healthcare field, connecting Japan with markets overseas and building relationships of trust with customers at home and abroad.
Holding a pharmaceutical wholesale distribution licence issued by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, we support the supply of health foods, pharmaceuticals and Kampo preparations under a compliant trading framework that observes Japanese law.
To date we have built a record of transactions with overseas medical institutions, pharmacies and corporate buyers, primarily across Asia. Drawing on our network of Japanese manufacturers, we handle the full process — product sourcing, export procedures, quality control and the preparation of accompanying documentation.
For international visitors to Japan, we also provide information on Japanese medical institutions and on regenerative and specialist medicine, with the aim of serving as a bridge connecting Japan’s medical resources to the world.

Documentation, packaging and logistics can be arranged according to the import requirements of the buyer’s country. - We compile and present publicly available information on medical institutions in Japan — international accreditation status (JMIP, JCI and others), clinical specialties, international patient desks and official contact details — so that visitors can research and make contact themselves.

- Inquiries, documentation and communication during the visit can all be handled in Chinese, English or Japanese, together with itinerary and logistics coordination.

Whether and how a patient is treated is decided solely by the medical institution under its own rules. Most major Japanese hospitals require applications to be submitted through a designated international patient coordination desk.
